Yep, those crazy all-nighters are behind you (right?) but a night in watching Netflix is still not what you consider to be a fun evening. Truly, your 30s are an interesting (maybe weird) time. And, this weirdness can translate directly to your hair. Hair Care in your 30s

As your skin does, your hair changes over time. And, just as you’ve probably already made some changes in terms of skincare. Perhaps it’s now time to start taking different approaches when it comes to tending to your hair. Especially if you want it to stay healthy throughout the whole of your 30s and the (dreaded) beyond. We get it, you’re not ready think past your 30s just yet. In your 30s, your hair will be growing weaker, thinner and finer in diameter by the day. Plus, if you decide to have children during this time (which a lot of women do) then that will probably result in ‘postpartum hair fall’. This type of hair shredding 50% of women are said to experience during or after pregnancy. What all of this means is that you must take action.

One type of action is to moisturize your hair two to three times a week. By doing so, especially in the wintertime, you will provide your hair with an extra moisture barrier. Hopefully, it will help to slow down the processes that aging causes. But, if you still don’t have the time to do this, then try leave-in conditioners. We’ve found some good ones here therighthairstyles.com/best-leave-in-conditioners/. By doing so, you will find a solution to your moisture barrier conundrum. Plus, you would be able to use something without taking up too much of your precious time. It’s definitely a win-win situation.

Styling your hair in your 30s may seem like a daunting task, but it’s not all that bad. Well, it’s not all that bad if you fight the urge to get a decisively ‘mom’ looking cut. Yes, even if you are a mom at this time in your life, getting a ‘mom’ cut in your 30s is just not something you want. By doing so you would be making your hair far shorter than it needs to be, and there is still plenty of time for doing that in that dreaded beyond we touched on earlier. There are so many styles to try. So, why not try out a longer style? Trying a longer and more versatile style in your 30s may provide you with that infamous youthful look you crave without being too dramatic or drastic. Yes, going for a longer style can make you look ten years younger without making you stand out in the office as somebody who is trying to look younger.
